HOW TO USE

Wash thoroughly and sterilize the product before each use. Choose and switch to the right teat hole and size based on the actual situation according to your baby's sucking ability, the thickness of baby food etc.

 

CAUTION

‧The product is reusable.

‧Wash thoroughly and sterilize the product before each use to ensure hygiene.

‧It is normal for the bottle and accessories to darken or turn yellowish depending on different sterilization methods, the usage pattern and the frequency of use.

‧To sterilize the product, pour boiling water into a large pot, let it soak for 3-5 minutes, quickly dry it.

‧To sterilize using steam, UV or microwave sterilizers etc., follow instruction manuals.

‧NEVER leave your baby unattended with the product.

‧Inspect the product before each use, if there is any damage, replace it immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
On very rare occasions, customers may buy the wrong item or we deliver an item which is not what was ordered. Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
The shipping cost will only to be refund when we sent the wrong product and please contact us within 14 days from the date you received it.

Ordered A Wrong Size Or Colour
If the packaging that has not been opened and is in its original condition for resale, we are happy to exchange.  Please note may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after. Please contact us before return.

Change Your Mind
If it is due to your mistake or reason for the return, a refund of the merchandise will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded. 

Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
We inspect every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty when you received it, please contact us with damaged or defective merchandise picture first within 14 days from the date you received it. We will arrange an exchange or refund. After 14 days from the date you received it, the shipping will not be refunded.

Circumstances Can't Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products if the sealed or plastic packaging has been opened.

For all return and exchange inquiries, please email [email protected] with detailed information. Please indicate order number, date of purchase, and a contact phone number and we will sort this out for you ASAP.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as Australia Registered Post Service. We are not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks to refund your credit card upon receipt.
