How Much Does The Shipping Cost?

• Free standard shipping for orders over $100 within Australia

• Standard Shipping for AU / Whilst most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

3. Express Shipping AU$19.50 for order in between AU$75.01 to AU$100

When Will My Order Be Sent?

Due to Coronaviras outbreak, there will be an impact on shipping and handling time.
Dispatch within maximum two business days after order placed excluded weekend.

Normally will dispatch on the same business days for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday (For in-stock items only). Order after 11:00 a.m, will be dispatch on the next business days.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Due to Coronaviras outbreak, there will be an impact on shipping and handling time.
According to Australia Post, the parcel will take a little longer to arrive, and could be processing in a different location than usual. This is due to increased volumes and restrictions in Victoria.

• Victoria metropolitan areas - 2+ business days.
• Victoria country location areas - 4+ business days.
• Between other states - 3 to 6+ business days.

• Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. Return Policy

On very rare occasions, customers may buy the wrong item or we deliver an item which is not what was ordered. Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
The shipping cost will only to be refund when we sent the wrong product and please contact us within 14 days from the date you received it.

Ordered A Wrong Size Or Colour
If the product that has not been opened and is in its good condition for resale, we are happy to exchange.  Please note may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after. Please contact us before return.

Change Your Mind
If it is due to your mistake or reason for the return, a refund of the merchandise will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded. 

Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
We inspect every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty when you received it, please contact us with damaged or defective merchandise picture first within 14 days from the date you received it. We will arrange an exchange or refund. After 14 days from the date you received it, the shipping will not be refunded. 

Circumstances Can't Be Returned
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns when a box or a packet has been opened.

For all return and exchange inquiries, please email [email protected] with detailed information . Please indicate order number, date of purchase, and a contact phone number and we will sort this out for you ASAP.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as Australia Registered Post Service. We are not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks to refund your credit card upon receipt.
