RETURN & EXCHANGE
On very rare occasions, customers may buy the wrong item or we deliver an item which is not what was ordered. Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
Ordered A Wrong Size Or Colour
If the product that has not been opened and is in its good condition for resale, we are happy to exchange. Please note may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after. Please contact us before return.
Change Your Mind
If it is due to your mistake or reason for the return, a refund of the merchandise will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded.
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
We inspect every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty, please contact us with damaged or defective merchandise picture first. We will arrange a free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Circumstances Can't Be Returned
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns when a box or a packet has been opened.
For all return and exchange inquiries, please email email@example.com with detailed information . Please indicate order number, date of purchase, and a contact phone number and we will sort this out for you ASAP.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as Australia Post Service. Once the original item(s) are received, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks to refund your credit card upon receipt.
